$160 More Info

Continue to build your dog's foundation skills on their way to acheiving impecable manners!

For dogs 5 months & older that have been introduced basic behaviors. This class is Foundation Manner PLUS as we welcome dogs that have attended this or another basic course before.  We will keep you challenged by adding difficulty to the skills you have already introduced. This class will improve basic manners with impulse control & relationship-building exercises. Along with "sit," "down," and "wait" we also focus on redirection techniques, loose-leash walking, "come when called" & "leave it."

Class is limited to 8 dogs.  Class is at Scudder Campus in Wimberley, indoors and air conditioned!

If you have not attended class with us before, please attend theory night via google meet Tuesday August 16th at 6:00.  We will explain some basics of dog training, discuss equipment and management techniques to help you get the most out of class. Former students are welcome to attend for a refresher as well.

Please do not bring dogs on all metal collars including choke and pinch collars.  Harnesses, head halters, regular or martingale collars are all welcome.

Motivating your dog is essential to good training!  Please bring bite-sized, high-value treats to class. Treats your dog likes at home may not be good enough for class.  Some all time favorites are cheese, chicken, hot dogs and meatballs.  Variety is good so you can mix in lower value treats with the good stuff.  If your dog loves toys you can bring them as well.

Important- when registering, please only add one person to the registration.  Registration is per dog.  Multiple people can attend with one dog at no extra charge, however, if you add additional people to the registration, you will be charged $160 for each person.
